From start to finish everything was fantastic! The location is perfect and everything is walking distance including the museums, wineries, and distilleries! The valet parking was a great touch to have and the guys working are very fast and also kept our truck out of the sun in the garage by request (we have a surf board and didn’t want the wax to melt everywhere)not to mention parking/valet was very well priced compared to other hotels we have stayed at! The room was very clean and very spacious offering a small kitchen with cookware we also had a pretty view over the water. Now let me brag about “Michelle”! Michelle is a genuine gem at this place! From checking in to the end of check out. Anytime we would pass through she would engage in conversation with us and we absolutely adored her! My boyfriend and I also enjoyed the pool and warming fire pit that is located by the dock on the water! Pool was heated so was a bonus! The entire hotel staff were amazingly friendly as well. We highly recommend this spot for families or couples such as ourselves.

I loved our suite with a king in 1 room and couch/living space in the other. we were comfortable, it was clean, the pool was beautiful, the gym was well appointed and the breakfast was fantastic every day. Also, you now can login to Netflix and see the shows you like on your account and upon checking out, you are automatically logged out.

Excellent, clean updated facility. Friendly staff. Great breakfast with different hot options each morning. Attractive breakfast seating area with pretty view of the pool, river and boats. Room was spacious, bathrooms modern, bed super comfy etc. Very pleased - def recommend.

The location was convenient we walked to downtown. Also the property was kept nicely enjoyed the pool area and the outdoor breakfast seating I wish there were more cheers outside for the tables they're seem not to be enough with everyone eating outside.
